Since 1988, Avalanche Soccer Club has proudly served the Wheat Ridge and western Denver metro communities, providing quality soccer experiences for young athletes both on and off the field. Each season, approximately 300 players ages 9–18 participate in Avalanche programs, benefiting from professional coaching, competitive opportunities, and a supportive club environment focused on long-term development.
As a community-based organization, Avalanche is committed to creating meaningful experiences that extend beyond the game. Throughout the year, the club hosts events that bring players, families, alumni, and supporters together, including our annual Black and White Ball Charity Game each October.
Avalanche Soccer Club is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, allowing us to reinvest resources directly into player development, coach education, scholarships, and programs that make soccer accessible to families throughout our community. For nearly four decades, Avalanche has remained dedicated to growing passion, character, and opportunity through the game of soccer.
